Refund Policy: Once payment is made, refunds for last-minute cancellations are not permitted. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will be eligible for a full refund.

Responsibility for Onboard Issues: Any issues arising during the tour must be brought to the attention of the concerned manager/owner immediately. Hello Tours LLC holds no responsibility for onboard matters.

Advance Payment: All bookings require advance payment as per company policy. Payments can be made online via credit card or through bank deposit.

No-show Policy: In the event that a customer fails to attend the booked tour, no refund will be applicable.
